Sherrie Rashid is Chief Marketing Officer of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc and President of Rashid Real Estate Group, Inc. Naji and Sherrie Rashid have over 19 years of combined real estate experience.

Naji Rashid started his real estate career with Long & Foster in 1996 and 2 years later made his move to RE/MAX. Naji Rashid became Owner and CEO of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc after 2 years with the RE/MAX organization. Naji Rashid also served as Vice President of Development for The Stop Renting Institute of Maryland a 501(c) (3) for 3 years.

Sherrie Rashid began her real estate career as an assistant to her husband Naji Rashid while working as a Licensed Insurance Agent. She later became licensed in Real Estate in 2001 to enable her to assist in all areas of the real estate business. Sherrie Rashid was appointed CMO of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc. and has greatly contributed to the office growth of 30+ agents servicing Baltimore City and the Maryland Counties.

Naji & Sherrie Rashid specialize in assisting Maryland 1st time homebuyers, 2nd time homebuyers, and investors. The Rashid Real Estate Group, Inc. specializes in homeownership counseling and workshops and has contributed too many homeownership seminars for organizations and Corporations such as, HARBEL Housing Partnership, Baltimore Urban League, Sandtown-Winchester, The Rental Solution, Inc. & Numerous church organizations and financial institutions.
